LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED REVENUE MANAGER FOR OUR ACCOMMODATION GROUP.

Position Title: Cluster Revenue Manager
Reporting to: Director of Sales
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday AEST

Hours tracked via TimeDoctor or similar
Ability to be contacted via Phone and SMS/Messenger.

Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team at Corporate Keys Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the revenue potential of our portfolio of apartments, including our portfolio of 5 serviced apartment buildings. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, strategic pricing, and collaborating closely with other departments to maximize profitability while ensuring the best experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
~Work with the Director of Sales to maximise revenue across multiple distribution channels
~Drive rate strategy development in line with specific property and company goals
~Develop competitor analytics in relation to pricing, yield and distribution channels
`Preparation of budget for approval
~Preparation of business planning tools: events calendar, SWOT analysis, marketing targets and company targets
~Implement revenue management operations and procedures
~Identify new revenue opportunities
~Provide reporting
~Identify market opportunities and plan ongoing revenue generation initiatives
~Focus on keeping distribution costs low and ensuring direct bookings
~Manage relationships with OTA’s to maximise exposure
~Preparation of SWOT analysis, competitor analysis and rate opportunities for new development tenders
~Ability to work with PMS to create rate plans and channel management tools like RMS and Siteminder to map rates with various OTA channels.
~Work with the reservations team to ensure the revenue strategy is being implemented
~Assist in the reservations department where required

Requirements:
~Preference with experience working with the RMS PMS and all the major OTA channels.
~Proven expertise in Revenue Management and optimisation
~Ability to analyse and improve campaign performance
~Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
