Mybellababy is a Canadian company that provides a platform for expectant mothers and new parents to connect with local vendors and businesses. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to help us build our brand presence online and promote our opportunities for vendors to advertise on our website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to manage our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing our followers and engagement, building our brand presence online, promoting our opportunities for vendors to advertise on our website, and connecting with lead buyers in industries looking for leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts
Increase our followers and engagement on all three platforms
Build our brand presence online by creating and sharing high-quality content
Promote our opportunities for vendors to advertise on our website
Connect with lead buyers in industries looking for leads and build relationships with potential clients
Build our LinkedIn profile for lead buyers and sample companies
Help us connect with companies to offer free samples
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all three platforms
Analyze and report on social media metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with our team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing
Proven track record of increasing followers and engagement on social media platforms
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
Knowledge of LinkedIn and its features, including LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Groups
Experience with content creation and graphic design
Nice to Have:

Experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads
Knowledge of SEO and how to optimize social media content for search engines
Experience with email marketing and lead generation
Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
