We are a small software company (Better Cater) needing a Rock Star customer service representative to work with us on an ongoing basis.

This won't be a “one off job”…

If you truly are a Rock Star and perform well then you will be getting constant work from us on an ongoing basis…

I will brief you well, be available for questions and pay on time – every time.
Here’s what I’m looking for, is this you?

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent English both in speaking (must have a western style accent) and writing
- Friendly attitude who loves helping people
- Quiet working environment (no babies, dogs, city noise etc.)
- Reliable and fast internet connection (Broadband or fiber optic)
- Able to work California business hours (9am to 5pm PT), 30+ hours per week

Nice to have but NOT required:
- Entrepreneurial: has started or ran a business in the past
- Hospitality experience: experience either in restaurants, catering, or event planning

You will be in charge of answering phone calls from our current and perspective customers. Answering questions about our software. And also reaching out to new customers to see if they need any help. Lastly, you'll be a customer advocate and tell us which features we should add to the software, based on your conversations with our customers.

Salary is 25,000 Philippine Pesos with additional raises and bonuses depending on the performance and evaluation.
