Cold Email Specialist

Cold Email Specialist (40 hrs/week) – $4/hr | $640/month

2-Week Trial ? Potential Full-Time Hire

Playstack, a fast-growing YouTube agency, is looking for a Cold Email Specialist who can write sharp email copy and, more importantly, execute comprehensive cold outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly.ai. If you’ve done this before for other agencies and know how to find and convert leads, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for:
- 3+ years of cold email experience (agency experience is a big plus)
- Proven ability to drive conversions and manage successful campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills — short, punchy, and personalized
- Hands-on experience with cold email tools like Instantly.ai, etc.
- Proven ability to build large, high-quality lead lists using lead generation tools and creative research methods.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan, write, and launch targeted cold email campaigns
- Personalize and A/B test email sequences for better performance
- Build qualified lead lists based on ICPs
- Monitor and optimize open, reply, and conversion rates
- Troubleshoot deliverability, domain warmup, and automation setup

- You consistently deliver qualified leads
- Your campaigns improve week-over-week based on data
- You work independently, suggest ideas, and don’t wait to be told what to do

Trial First — Then Full-Time
We’ll start with a 2-week paid trial, and if it’s a fit, this will roll into a full-time remote position.
