JOB OVERVIEW

The job is long term and permanent basis for the qualified and right employee.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Excellent English both in speaking (must have little to no accent) and writing
Telemarketing experience (cold calling)
Excellent with following up leads and closing sales
Must be consistently persistent, while always maintaining professionalism
Must be organized and detailed oriented.
Must be disciplined, determined and honest, and has initiative.

Position is phone based. Daily activities will include phone calls, emails, and other virtual assistant duties that may be assigned to you. Our company will provide you with leads to call.
Training and scripts will be provided.

Work from home MUST be in a sound proof room, no babies crying, no outside sounds.
Must have a computer and a reliable and fast internet connection (Broadband or fiber optic).
Knowledge of internet email, Microsoft Word, Excel and other productivity software tools.

Must be able to give 40 hours FULL TIME and have NO other job during US business hours.
5 DAY WORK WEEK (US time zones)
WEEKENDS-HOLIDAYS OFF (Philippine Holidays)
13th MONTH OBSERVED
Generous bonus for the right employee.

Salary is 18,000 Philippine Pesos for the first 3 months then will increase depending on the performance and evaluation. Salary will be paid every 15th and last day of each month.
