-Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s College Degree in Accountancy/Banking/Finance/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

-Knowledge in database programs, MS Excel and Word Perfect

-Background in Governmental requirement obligations

-Experience in Billing and Payroll

-Specializing in General Accounting /Payables

-At least 1 -2 year experience in the related field
