Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Call Telemarketer to join our outreach team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make cold calls to U.S.-based Realtors, Attorneys, and small business CEOs to generate leads, set appointments, and introduce them to our services. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, skilled in building rapport over the phone, and have a strong ability to set appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Cold Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in targeted industries (realtors, attorneys, small business CEOs).
• Engage and Build Rapport: Clearly communicate the value of our services and establish trust with potential clients.
• Set Appointments: Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team or account managers.
• Follow Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls or emails to nurture prospects.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, cold-calling, or sales (experience with realtors, attorneys, or small business professionals is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional English verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, telemarketing software, and basic email communication platforms.
• Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve targets and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Adaptability: Able to tailor messaging and approach based on the industry and individual prospect.

Preferred Skills:
• Dialer Expertise: Preferred candidates should have their own dialer or experience working with Go High Level, or similar, software.
• Experience calling US-based target clients.
• Familiarity with lead generation or appointment-setting strategies.
