Experienced SEO

My company has been in the Orlando travel business since 1993. We are a family run business. We looking for a full time SEO with at least 4 years of experience. The candidate must have technical on page SEO skills and link building experience.

The perfect candidate should have the following skills:
* Competitive Analysis- It all begins with researching our competitors to see what they are doing better than us to out rank us and then putting a plan together to outrank them.
* Keyword Research- I am not necessarily looking for this candidate to write the articles, rather I am looking for this person to help us find the keywords we need to include in our upcoming blogs and articles for our site.
* Link Building experience- Be able to find high authority domains to link to our site. I am looking to add at least 30 to 40 links a month. However, quality is better than quantity.
* Technical On-Page SEO- I need this candidate to be really proficient in on page SEO to make sure we are not hindering our own efforts by creating technical on-page mistakes.

We recently, in the past month, moved our site from wordpress to Shopify platform. I have a great domain which I have owned since 1997. We also have over 4500 pages on our site. We do rank pretty well for most terms but we have fallen from the top 3 for most terms to 10-15 position. This is mainly do to changing the url structure, and the organic traffic is coming back. So you will not be working with a brand new website, which has advantages and disadvantages. I am not a micro manager but I and like to think I hirer adults that do not need a lot of supervision. I will work with you on a daily basis making sure we are moving forward to and hitting our goals.

It is really simple, we need to do our research on our industry trends and our competitors then set a detailed road map for success. After that all we need to do is follow our roadmap on a daily basis and make minor adjustments when needed.
