Position Overview: The HubSpot Admin will be a critical contributor to our team, responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing the HubSpot CRM to align with our business objectives. This role demands a detail oriented professional with deep technical expertise, strategic problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to enhancing CRM functionality and usability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator, with a strong understanding of its tools and capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, pipelines, reporting, integrations, and CRM customization.
• Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and optimize CRM systems to meet business objectives.
• Open to a project-based setup, with the ability to manage deliverables within defined timelines and budgets.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address specific project goals.
• Willingness to work during a graveyard shift to support international teams and clients as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide training, updates, and troubleshooting support.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing CRM challenges effectively and efficiently.

HubSpot Administration and Optimization
• Manage and customize the HubSpot CRM to align with project goals and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain workflows, pipelines, automations, and integrations to streamline operations.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring data accuracy, and addressing any technical issues promptly.

Data Analysis and Reporting
• Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights that support marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key metrics and project performance.
• Identify trends and recommend system enhancements to improve overall efficiency.

Training and Support
• Train tea ---------- mbers on HubSpot tools, best practices, and system functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal usage of the platform.
• Act as a resource for technical guidance and strategic recommendations related to CRM usage. Strategic Planning and Collaboration
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for CRM optimization.
• Support strategic initiatives by implementing HubSpot solutions tailored to specific business needs. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems.

Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Maintain system integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing best practices.
• Ensure all data and processes comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and industry trends to continuously improve CRM capabilities.
