Currently we are expanding our Sales Department (visa support services) and looking for motivated Sales Manager to join our team and help Filipino to transfer for better job and life opportunities in Poland.

Key requirements in order of priority:
- English— confident conversational level B2
- you have experience working with people
- organized and able to set priorities, you don't need an office to work well
- you have a desire to learn and constantly improve your level of professionalism
- you dream of becoming a specialist in the international market
- own PC or laptop and headset
- good internet connection

Responsibilities and functionality:
- processing incoming applications from website in CRM system (NOT cold calls)
- advising potential customers of the company's services
- ensuring a high level of communication and interaction with clients
- help on the transfer of documents and calculations
- entering information into the CRM system

We offer:
- stable rate of $450
- full support at all stages of training
- $25 extra for each client who ordered the company's services: 4-15 people per month (depending on your productivity) means ---------- dollars as a monthly bonus. That means your total mothly income can range $ ---------- all necessary product and company training documents + scripts of key negotiation options
- remote work, convenient work schedule
- working hours from 09:00 to 18:00 from Mon. to Fri. (possible to choose flexible schedule, we are interested in results)
- paid probation and trainee periods (5 training days and 5 practice days: will be paid in case of successful completement)
- the ability to keep a high level of English while communicating with potential foreign clients
