Zoho Expert

We are a Solar Advisory company based in Australia, dedicated to helping people determine if solar is a worthwhile investment. To streamline our operations and reduce administrative tasks for our sales team, we are looking for an experienced Zoho Specialist to help us migrate from GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automation workflows
Automate the creation of solar proposals in OpenSolar when a lead is generated in our CRM.
Set up automated triggers for appointments, tasks, and follow-ups for assigned sales representatives.
Automate follow-ups based on proposal activity (e.g., viewing status).
Implement AI-driven email and SMS automation using tools like GPT-based APIs.
Ensure all automations are scalable and seamlessly integrated into our current systems.

Requirements:

Strong experience with API integrations.
Familiarity with AI tools for automated communications (e.g., GPT-based platforms).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with GoHighLevel and Zoho
Previous experience with automation projects in sales or solar industries is a plus.
