About Us:
We are launching a Shopify-based dropshipping e-commerce business specializing in high-quality underwear, socks, and pajamas. Our goal is to build a sustainable and profitable business through excellent product listings, smooth operations, and traffic-driving strategies. We are looking for an experienced Shopify manager to help us bring this vision to life and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management:

-Upload products that we give you, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and SEO-optimized titles.
-Create and maintain appealing product pages with professional images and detailed size guides.
-Monitor supplier quality and update inventory as needed.

2. Marketing and Traffic Generation:

-Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales via Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and SEO.
-Optimize the store for organic search rankings with targeted keywords.
-Implement email marketing campaigns for cart abandonment and customer engagement.
-Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote the brand.

3. Operations Management:

-Handle customer reviews, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and issues.
-Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring every customer receives their products on time.
-Manage returns and exchanges smoothly.

4. Performance Analysis:

-Track and analyze website traffic, sales, and conversion rates.
-Use analytics tools to recommend adjustments to campaigns and operations for better results.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record managing Shopify dropshipping stores.
Skills: Expertise in bringing in traffic to our site, ad campaigns (Facebook/Google), SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify apps.
Proactive Approach: Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering results.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
