Recruitment Consultant with IT Experience

Its subsidiary, WEM Experts Inc., is in need of a full-time and home-based IT Recruitment Consultant willing to be trained. The successful candidate will work on a long-term freelance basis with possibility of full-time employment.

The ideal candidate must have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in selling IT products (hardware, software, or services)
- High interest in Silicon Valley Tech industry (Please don’t apply if you know very little about this.)
- Someone who’s reliable and highly independent
- Room dedicate for calls
- Reliable internet connection of at least 3mbps (16mbps desired)
- Willingness to work outside office hours if necessary.
- Interest in self-improvement or motivational content is desired.

If hired, the individual’s tasks include:
• Full cycle recruitment
• Database maintenance
• Recurring activities such as sending predefined text via distribution lists

Previous recruitment experience is not required
