Position Overview
We're seeking a full-time Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Working directly with our founder and Executive Assistant, you'll manage our content creation and marketing initiatives while maintaining our authentic brand presence.

Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $900 USD monthly
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Work Days: Monday-Friday
- Start Time: 6:00 AM Philippines time (flexible)
- Schedule Structure: Block scheduling approach

Core Responsibilities:

Content Creation
- Write and publish 5 engaging blog posts weekly
- Implement strategic SEO optimization
- Create compelling titles and descriptions
- Maintain content calendar
- Track and report on performance metrics

Social Media Management
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Create and optimize Pinterest content
- Develop professional LinkedIn presence
- Craft Instagram posts, stories, and reels
- Handle Facebook cross-posting
- Maintain consistent brand voice

Required Qualifications
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Experience with social media platforms
- Basic photo management skills
- Ability to work independently

Work Space Requirements
- Reliable computer with updated software
- Stable internet connection (25+ Mbps)
- Quiet, uninterrupted workspace
- Backup power solution
- Professional video/audio setup
- Family care must be arranged during business hours

Tools We Use
- Google Workspace
- Notion for project management
- ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Social media management platforms
- Basic design tools (Canva)

First 30 Days

You will be expected to:
- Learn the company systems and tools
- Master our brand voice using AI
- Understand content workflows
- Complete daily hours tracking in detail
- Build team communication habits through daily brief out and summary
- Participate in daily team check-ins
- Set up personal productivity systems
- Post 10 blog posts with SEO optimization
- Draft 5 newsletters in Flodesk for approval (one for the brand as a whole and one for each niche)
- Learn and implement Many Chat with Instagram
- Plan one month of Instagram content across all 5 accounts (4-5 days a week per account)
