What You Bring
3+ years of business development experience in tech services or talent solutions
Track record of exceeding revenue targets and opening new market channels
Strong understanding of product companies' client & talent needs and pain points
Experience running effective discovery workshops and needs assessments
Ability to communicate complex value propositions to technical and business stakeholders
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making
