We are a professional and customer-focused cleaning company seeking a Virtual Assistant to be the friendly and organized first point of contact for our clients. This role requires a warm and professional personality to ensure customers feel welcomed and valued from the moment they reach out to us.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle incoming phone calls using a provided script, answer customer inquiries, complete a short questionnaire, and efficiently schedule appointments. You’ll also follow up on
In addition to these tasks, you will provide a daily report via text summarizing the number of calls handled and appointments scheduled. Your role will also include performing data entry and assisting with various business-related tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Voice, Gmail, WhatsApp, and other communication tools. A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor is essential to create a positive first impression for our customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also critical for success in this role.
Hours and Availability:
This position requires availability 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. While most tasks are expected to fall within these hours, occasional flexibility may be needed for specific assignments.
