- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks for the different department managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the company.

- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce a plus!
Responsibilities
- Maintain filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
- Record, compile, transcribe, distribute minutes of meetings, and archive accordingly
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- Monitor activity and post content for the company’s social media channels
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Analytical skills - must be able to look at their work and review for errors. Must be extremely organized with close attention to detail
- Communication and collaboration skills - must communicate effectively with team members to control customer and team expectations
- Creativity - must be able to develop effective communication tools and/or reports that can easily be understood to keep the company updated

- Time-management skills - must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline

- Dedicated and loyal - This is a full-time long-term position. Outside work is discouraged but not prohibited. The person filling this position is not allowed to take outside work or freelance work without expressed permission from the company.
