WordPress Designer, Project Manager, and Website Specialist

I own a dynamic duo of businesses, ---------- and ---------- , focused on providing exceptional WordPress website management, maintenance, support, and business consulting services. I am seeking an experienced, dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a WordPress Designer, Project Manager, and Website Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will serve as the right-hand person to myself. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, an ability to help manage a team and projects, a strong understanding of WordPress, and a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for taking on website design/development projects as well as managing website projects, managing and collaborating with tea ---------- mbers, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of website project management, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to design and develop WordPress websites using Beaver Builder and other tools (you'll be taking on website projects yourself as well).
- Strategically lay out content on web pages, enhancing user experience, functionality, and visual appeal.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing proactive support and suggestions.
- Assist in creating custom graphics and icons for websites and blog articles.
- Optimize website performance, including speed optimization and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Manage multiple website projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Manage and take on website support tickets.
- Support me (the owner) in daily operations, project management, and client communications.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in WordPress, including experience with website builders (preferably Beaver Builder).
- Strong design skills with the ability to create visually appealing layouts.
- Copy writing and familiarity with the StoryBrand framework is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (PHP knowledge is a plus).
- Experience in graphic design and creating custom graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to literally help me "run the ship" (being my second-hand person)
