• Build relationships with other group admins where possible.
• Content Creation:
• Develop creative posts that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track group growth and engagement metrics.
• Suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing Facebook groups or other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Familiarity with Facebook algorithms and best practices for group growth.
