Workrei Manpower Services is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to lead our thriving store in Davao City. As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Sales Management: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and promotions.

Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and minimize losses.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

Operations Management: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a retail setting, preferably in the hardware industry.

Age: Between 35-45 years old.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial principles, sales, and marketing.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge forecasting industry trends, and supply chain management.

Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.

Compensation:
Competitive salary of ?25,000 - ?35,000 per month.
