Looking for a Graphic Designer for an E-commerce Brand

We are looking for a part-time Graphic Designer who can create high-converting image ads for our ecommerce brand, to go live on Meta ads and our social media platforms. If you are passionate about creating scroll-stopping visual content that drives results, this might be the job for you!

Our Brand:
We are an ecommerce brand looking for a designer who is highly skilled in creating engaging visual content required for top brands in ecommerce today.

Responsibilities:
- Create Magic: Transform our instructions and inspiration into visually stunning, engaging image ads that stop the scroll and ultimately convert prospects
- Creative Design: Develop eye-catching visuals for Meta ads and social media content based on brand guidelines
- Stay on Track: Deliver top-quality designs on time, every time
- Team Up & Utilize Data: Work closely with our creative team to understand the KPIs and vision of the brand while utilizing performance data to optimize designs
- Tweak and Improve: Embrace feedback and make adjustments to ensure our visuals are always on point

Requirements:
- Able to work 20 hours per week (part-time)
- Experience in creating converting content for ecommerce brands (MUST)
- Proficiency with design software (you can use your preferred tools)
- Experience with AI image generation tools is a plus (we will use AI a lot)
- Creative and analytical mindset
- Fluent in English

Pay:
Your pay will be $600/month for 20 hours weekly. Performance-based bonuses will be available if the ads you create perform well.
