Amazon Online Sourcing Arbitrage

I have a few tasks that need to be done weekly that will help my business scale. I am looking for a hard worker that can start as a part-time employee who eventually can be moved into a full-time role if he/she can prove they know what they are doing.

I am specifically looking for someone knowledgeable/experienced already and does not need to be trained much in using online software or methods to find products online. I am specifically seeking someone who knows how to use "Tactical Arbirtrage" or "OXRAY" to find products i can buy and set daily lists with links to the products in a excel sheet for me to take a look at and buy. Skills include: Knowing the software mentioned above and finding a product at a low cost to sell on Amazon for higher price. Most importantly, you must know what products are good buys or worth not buying in the US.
