Email and Phone Manager (Easy Research Included)

I am the founder of a book publishing company, and we are currently looking to begin a new series of books. We need a new VA to manage this new series, by contacting (by phone and email) people that we would like to write for us. Fluent english speech is necessary. Competent english writing is also necessary, though most of the emails you will send will be prewritten by me. The job involves doing very easy and light research in order to generate the points of contacts for various writers, and then contacting them (usually by email, though sometimes by phone). More will be explained should you be accepted to the job.

I will first give this same opportunity to three VA's. Whoever is able to finish the job in the fewest amount of hours and with the fewest amount of errors will then be offered the full-time job.
