Motion Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager

Job Requirements:

Expertise in Motion Graphic Design: We’re looking for a highly skilled motion graphic designer who can bring fresh, creative ideas to life with an emphasis on elegance, quality, and precision.

Flyer Design: Regular creation of high-quality, eye-catching, and professional flyers that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging, including flyers for real estate properties and listings.

Real Estate Rendering or Property Design: Experience in creating motion graphics or visuals related to real estate properties, such as property renderings, walkthroughs, or other property-based visual content.

Social Media Content Creation & Management: You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content for our social media platforms, including motion graphics, flyers, and real estate visuals. Additionally, you’ll manage the scheduling of posts, ensuring consistency and timely delivery across all platforms.

Experience in Social Media Scheduling & Strategy: You should have experience with social media management tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite, or others) to schedule posts and plan content calendars effectively. You’ll also ensure that the content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
