Short Term Rental - Renovations, Interior Design, Amenities/Property Set Up
Quote/Purchasing Manager and Social Media Coordinator - Virtual Assistant

**Construction/Renovation Quote Management:
-Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the general contractor throughout the quote process.
-Gather project requirements from clients, review them with the general contractor, and ensure that all details are captured accurately.
-Coordinate an on-site assessment by the general contractor, including proposed renovations and upgrades to drive revenue.
-Prepare and organize quotes for presentation to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency of budget, pricing, scope of work, and timeline.
-Create preliminary design concepts for 1-2 interior spaces and exterior amenity spaces per project.

**Interior Design Purchasing Management:
-Manage the purchasing process for all design items identified in the final design renderings, including furniture, decor, fixtures, and materials
-Work with interior designer to obtain design shopping list document with product links
-Place orders for all design-related items and manage inventory of items purchased.
-Check quantities, communicate with the client on household stocking needs - linens, kitchen, etc.
-Send document to online shopping company to prepare shopping cart and open client account
-Manage the process for the client to log in and purchase all items
-Track and monitor shipments of all design items, ensuring that deliveries are on time and that any issues with shipping or product quality are promptly addressed.
-Manage any returns or replacement items
-Work with the project manager to coordinate delivery schedules.

**Social Media Coordination:
-Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
-Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels to foster positive relationships
-Track social media performance
-Manage and grow our online presence
-Create visually appealing and engaging content for our social media platforms, showcasing our design work
-Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and help build a community around our brand
-Monitor performance and collaborate on strategies to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients
-Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for design are key in this role

Experience Required: construction quoting, renovation/construction, interior design, interior design purchasing, short term rental, social media coordination
