What You'll Do:
Make a certain amount of calls reaching out to our clients asking them for feedback
Manage CRM
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Proactive in providing insights and reports to our CSM/Leadership Team
Strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction
Be able to respond in a clear and empathetic manner
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm MST (Non Negotiable)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
