Job Description:
Dealer Lux is looking for a dedicated SEO Specialist to optimize our clients' websites and drive organic traffic. The role involves strategic content creation and technical SEO tasks to ensure sustained growth in online leads and conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong SEO expertise, experience using SEMrush, and the ability to manage multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content SEO & Creation: Develop 1 article per month per client, linked to social media and email marketing.
• Backlink creation, online directory management, and keyword research.
• Technical optimizations (e.g., fixing 404 errors, media and schema data optimization).
• Usability/ADA compliance improvements and traffic analysis.
• Reporting & Analysis: Use SEMrush to automate competitor and traffic reports. Present clear, actionable SEO data to clients.
• SOP Development: Collaborate on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SEO tasks to ensure consistent, scalable quality.

Requirements:
• Proven SEO experience, with a focus on content creation, technical SEO, and backlink strategies.
• Proficiency in SEMrush and other SEO tools for traffic analysis and keyword research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients while staying within time constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience managing part-time or freelance support teams.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and website usability best practices.
