I currently own a Shopify store also known as an eCommerce store where we sell products to clients throughout the United States.

Your role will be to fulfill customer orders once they are received, deal with customer support and do whatever other tasks I need complete.

It's very important that you be flexible and learn fast for the position.

As for the training I have created videos showing you exactly what to do and will be more than happy to create more to answer any questions you may have.

We have template responses and someone to help clarify on what you need to do and how to response depending on which email you get.

I will give you access to Gmail, Aliexpress and Shopify accounts so you can do your job. Oh and by the you need to leave double zero as the answer for the equation above. That was just a test to see if you're reading what I wrote.


Must Have Requirements:

PROBLEM SOLVER - One huge problem these days is too many focus on the problem. You will need to always find a solution no matter what problem may arise.

RESPECTFUL - It is vital that you treat all customers with the most respect. As an Asian-American myself, I do know our values are very similar but just want to remind you.

RELIABLE - When it's time to work and get things done you do it. I will not tolerate being late and/or not complete the day's task.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Fulfill orders
2. Update shipped orders
3. Answer customer support emails
4. Process refunds if neccessary
5. Data Entry

At the moment you will only need to do these tasks a few hours a day.
