About the role

As a Graphic Designer at PerkUp, you will be a vital member of our design team, primarily focused on creating visual assets for customer swag. Your expertise will drive the creation of promotional product mockups and presentations that not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations.


What you will do

- Utilize Figma, and Photoshop to design high-quality graphics for various marketing and sales materials, including the marketing website, downloadable e-books, sales presentations, and social media content.
- Prepare detailed mockups for promotional products, ensuring that designs are aesthetically pleasing and practical for production.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring each piece aligns with our company's identity and messaging standards.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand their needs and translate them into impactful visual designs.
- Actively incorporate feedback from team leads and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our materials are fresh and relevant.


Requirements

- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing designs for marketing and sales assets.
- A strong design sense with a passion for creating engaging and effective visual content.
- Keen eye for detail, ensuring that all designs are free from errors and are of the highest quality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and accept constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


Work Hours

A full-time position requiring availability during Eastern time zone business hours.
