Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant at Swift Shine Cleaning LLC, you will provide administrative and customer support to ensure smooth operations and help maintain our high standard of service. You’ll be working closely with our management team to handle a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficiency and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to client inquiries via
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and client walk-throughs
Maintain accurate client records and service schedules
Assist with creating and sending out quotes and invoices
Handle basic data entry and filing tasks
Help with social media management and marketing initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage feedback
Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees as needed
Cold Calling Potential Clients
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and stay motivated while working remotely
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required
