Position: Virtual Assistant
Type: Part-Time (4 Hours/Day) - Mon- Thursday - 9am-1pm CST
Location: Remote
Compensation: $3.00 p/hr USD

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our sales efforts.

Job Summary:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. Your responsibilities will include making phone calls to dental practices, sending follow-up emails, and preparing a prioritized list of leads for the sales team to contact. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced, professional team and make a real impact in the dental industry.

Responsibilities:
Phone Calls (3 Hours/Day):

Make outbound calls to dental practices, posing as a potential patient, to inquire about LANAP services.
Record call outcomes, including practice details, decision-makers, and interest level.
Categorize practices into interest groups based on call results.


Email
Outreach (1 Hour/Day):
Send follow-up emails to practices flagged as potential leads, introducing LANAP and its benefits.
Use a provided template but personalize emails based on call notes.
Track email status (sent, opened, responded) using a CRM or email tracking tool.

Lead Preparation:
Compile a prioritized list of practices for the sales team to contact the following day.
Include practice details, call notes, and email statuses for each lead.

Reporting:
Provide daily updates on calls made, emails sent, and leads generated.

Qualifications:
Outbound Sales and customer service
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
Proficient in email management and CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet daily goals.
Familiarity with the dental or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
