Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Video Editor that is skilled in editing videos for social media.
Our bread and butter video type is talking head videos (think Alex Hormozi, Joe Rogan or Gary Vee type) but we do have a mix of storytelling style videos.

You need to be skilled at:
- knowing how to grab attention in the first few seconds of the video (either thru visual or audio edits)
- retention editing
- selecting good B-rolls
- knowing how to identify good hooks
- knowing how to storytell by piecing together parts from the raw footage

Bonus points if you also:
- know how to film professionally using a smartphone
- incorporate AI to speed up your editing workflow
- constantly find ways to innovate & improve the performance of the videos
- constantly studying and learning from the best in the industry to upskill yourself
