Documentary YouTube Editor

I'm looking for expert editors that can edit high-quality documentaries in the style of SunnyV2, Internet Anarchist and other popular documentary editing styles.

Ideally, I want someone who is great at:
- Motion design like the referenced channels
- Sound design like the referenced channels
- Someone who can think critically and give suggestions on how to improve the content and overall channel's performance.
- Someone willing to be part of a long-term team rather than doing a one-off project.
- Someone who can adhere to deadlines. I'm not strict with deadlines and usually base them on your availability, but ideally, I don't want someone who is getting late despite having the freedom to choose their own deadlines.

The average duration of a video will be 20 minutes, but over time I plan on going down to 15 minutes in exchange for increasing the quality.

This is a long-term project and I'm looking for someone who can do at least 3-4 videos per month. And eventually this will become a full-time position with around 5-6 videos per month.
