Looking for someone to create two slide infographic for Agile and another slide for Metrics only.

1. Page for Agile Metrics (What Agile Metrics should programs use)
Must include:

Measure: what the agile metric measures.
Goal: what is the goal of the metric
Usage: what it highlights
some can include images

Velocity, throughput , cycle time, code coverage, sprint burndown, sprint burnup, drift / drag, cumulative flow diagram, value delivered, planned vs completed, work in progress, escaped defects, etc.
