Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Philippine tax laws, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring the financial health of our company as we continue to build and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations and other Philippine financial standards.
• Oversee tax filing, computations, and compliance to minimize risks and optimize resources.
• Handle general accounting tasks, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the Philippines.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
