Full-time Administrative Virtual Assistant with Excellent English Wanted to Work for a growing team—potential for a long-term position.

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, streamline workflows, and provide exceptional organizational support, allowing the business owner to focus on high-value activities.

For this position, you must possess the following skills and qualities to be successful:

REQUIRED SKILLS -
? Strong written and verbal English skills
? Fast and reliable internet connection
? Proficiency with business tools and software:
? Website/business platform (Kajabi)
? Project Management/Task Tracker (e.g., Microsoft Planner)
? Word-processing software and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office Word and Excel)
? Online calendars and scheduling (Microsoft Outlook)
? Social media platforms and scheduling programs (e.g.,Recurpost)
? Customer relationship software (e.g., Nimble)

EXPERIENCE -
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
? Preferred experience in healthcare, consulting, or professional services industry

RESPONSIBILITIES - ABOUT THE POSITION: (tutorials will be provided)
? Administration/Operations:
? Follow admin tutorials to execute assigned tasks
? Complete admin tasks from Microsoft Planner
? Coordinate meetings via email with support of online calendar
? Take meeting notes and ensure action items are created in Planner
? Manage support email inbox for member issues and inquiries
? Format content from transcripts into Word documents
? Document management
? Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Nimble:
? Coaching & Consulting Client Support
? CRM System management
? Onboarding and Offboarding
? Business Platform /Website - Kajabi: (Used for courses, blog, and marketing)
? Update content or images on general pages – Home, About, Contact
? Create emails from templates and update links
? Online Courses/Memberships
? Release new content on schedule
? Add content to courses, including downloads, images
? Video Posting
? Visibility/Social Media
? Schedule Social Media Posts in Recurpost
? Organize Facebook group posts
? Interact with post comments and respond to inquiries
? Newsletter/Blog/Podcast management
? Marketing
? Create Canva images for social media and Kajabi images by adding text and pictures to existing templates
? Create or update pipeline marketing funnels in Kajabi, including opt-in pages, thank you pages, and sales pages (copy will be provided)
? Other duties as needed


HOURS/LOCATION:
• This role is 40 hours per week commitment as an independent contractor. Flexible hours with half of the hours to be worked during U.S. Eastern Time.
• This role is a remote or virtual position.
