Summer Customer Support Representatives

We’re hiring seasonal Customer Experience Specialists to support our team, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

In this role, you’ll:

Respond to customers via Gladly (email, live chat, and social media)
Assist with general operations, including Shopify and Slack channel monitoring.
Provide support on weekends as needed.

Must have at least 2 years of customer experience support and be able to work US-based hours, including weekends. Experience with Gladly is a plus.
