Executive Assistant / Chief Of Staff
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, driven Executive Assistant- the critical partner to our co-founder Sidra. You will act as a gatekeeper, strategic partner, and force multiplier, allowing her to focus on high-level objectives while ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is radically detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling both personal and professional tasks with minimal oversight. They should be resourceful, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and create structures that allow Founders to focus on growth and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level support to the Co-Founder in executing key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving company vision.
Manage the Co-Founder schedule, prioritize time, and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
Anticipate issues and opportunities before they arise, offering creative solutions and ensuring proactive problem-solving.
Act as a liaison between the Co-Founder and internal teams to streamline communication and ensure cohesion across projects.
Take ownership of delegated responsibilities, ensuring quality outcomes with minimal oversight.
Assist in decision-making processes by gathering information, preparing reports, and offering insightful recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment while representing the CEO and the organization.

Compensation
Starting at $8-$14/hour with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week (there is potential for more if desired). The first three months is a probationary period with a guaranteed increase in pay pending completion and success based on OKR's & KPI's. 13 month pay bonus as well as PTO and health insurance based on excellence and performance milestones
