Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Real Estate Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced real estate business. This role requires someone who can handle administrative tasks, manage social media presence, and take ideas and transform them into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and property tours.
Monitor and respond to
Track and ensure completion of all tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Meeting Preparation and Coordination:
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, research, and presentations.
Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram,
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online presence.
Stay updated on social media trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and impactful.
Assist with creating marketing materials using tools like Canva or other design software.
Research and Content Creation:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and property data gathering.
Develop content and materials for newsletters, presentations, and training sessions.
Task and Project Management:
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to align with business goals.
Assist with personal and professional tasks as needed.
Translate ideas and strategies into actionable plans and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in real estate, social media management, or administrative roles is preferred.
