About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist and Content Creator to manage the personal social media presence of a crypto trader, entrepreneur, and content creator. This role requires someone who is passionate about crypto, highly skilled in content creation and editing, and can strategically grow and engage audiences across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation:
• Develop and produce engaging content tailored for social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Edit videos and design graphics to maintain a consistent and professional brand image.
• Write captivating captions, posts, and articles related to crypto, trading, and entrepreneurship.
2. Social Media Strategy:
• Plan and implement a social media strategy to grow audience engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
• Schedule and manage daily posts across all platforms.
• Monitor trends and adjust content strategies accordingly to stay relevant in the crypto industry.
3. Community Engagement:
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with other creators in the crypto space.
• Build and nurture an online community interested in crypto trading and entrepreneurial insights.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on growth metrics, audience insights, and engagement rates.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the entrepreneur to align social media campaigns with personal branding goals and crypto content themes.
• Stay informed about crypto trends and provide creative input for new content ideas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading, or entrepreneurial topics.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
• Exceptional communication and writing skills in English.
• Experience with video editing, storytelling, and creating compelling visuals for social media.
• Familiarity with social media trends and algorithms on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and audience targeting.
• Background in crypto trading or related fields.
• Experience with live-streaming platforms or tools (e.g., OBS Studio).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
