**Job Title**: E-Commerce Executive Assistant (Full-Time)
**Location**: Remote - Arizona, USA Time Zone - 8-5PM

**Job Summary**:
The E-Commerce Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This position requires a proactive, multi-skilled individual who can manage a wide range of responsibilities, including content creation, social media management, administrative tasks, and platform-specific duties such as Amazon management. The ideal candidate will have extensive e-commerce experience and a strong understanding of the online retail landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content & Copywriting**:
- Write compelling product descriptions,
- Create and manage engaging content for social media and blog posts.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Develop, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics.
- Affiliate influencer outreach
- **Amazon Management**:
- Oversee product listings, optimize keywords, and monitor inventory.
- Manage customer reviews and resolve issues related to Amazon orders.
- **Administrative & Operational Support**:
- Book travel and accommodations for the executive team.
- Manage calendars,
- Handle data entry, file management, and document organization.
- **E-Commerce Platform Oversight**:
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers or support teams as needed.
- **Other Duties**:
- Provide support in other areas of the business as required, adapting to new challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and management (minimum of 2-3 years).
- Strong English copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in managing Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience booking travel and managing schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Klaviyo &
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
