Virtual Assistant/Outreach Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for Outreach Specialists to join our team. Outreach Specialist will be assigned a specific location and will work remotely to source properties, build relationships with property owners realtors, and contribute to our overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and source prime properties in your assigned city.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners and real estate agents.
-Present and pitch our services to property owners and stakeholders.
-Collaborate with the original Outreach Specialists to ensure smooth property acquisitions.
-Provide regular updates and reports on progress and challenges.
-Attend team meetings
-Reach out to various real estate agents via calls, texts, and emails.
-Set up site tours with the client and the realtor.

Requirements:

- Have initiative, hard-working, and resourceful
-Proven experience in Admin work and customer service
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Knowledge of the local real estate market in your assigned city.
-Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
-Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
-Have the ability to do the extra mile when inventory is already limited.
-Should be able to work with minimal supervision.
-US Real Estate experience is a plus.
