About the Role:
Are you an experienced real estate professional looking to apply your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support a busy real estate professional. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in real estate, and can juggle the responsibilities of both residential real estate transactions and property management.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management Support:

Respond to phone calls, texts, and inquiries about rental properties.
List rental properties on Facebook and ---------- platforms.
Arrange showings with potential tenants and respond to rental inquiries.
Audit renter’s insurance policies to ensure compliance.
Coordinate repairs by contacting contractors and tracking progress.
Prepare and draft leases, addendums, renewals, and notices for property management.
Manage Section 8 paperwork and assist with tenant verification (employment and previous landlords).
Oversee bill payments and track expenses.


Residential Real Estate Support:

Set up and manage drip campaigns in KW Command or similar CRM systems.
Assist with transaction paperwork, compliance, and uploading documents to Command.
Manage and respond to emails.
Track contract dates and help ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with creating and scheduling social media content, including video and photography.
Design marketing materials such as flyers and ads for listings.
Input and manage property listings in MLS.

What We’re Looking For:

Real Estate Experience: A must. The candidate should have prior experience in real estate transactions or property management.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in property management and CRM tools like Buildium, Command, and MLS systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle inquiries, coordinate with contractors, and manage deadlines effectively.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while maintaining accuracy.
Adaptable: Open to learning new systems and processes to improve workflows.
