About the Job: We are looking for two experienced Full Stack Developers to join our growing team. As a Full Stack Developer with a focus on HTML, SQL, and Server-side technologies, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, working with both front-end and back-end systems, and optimizing the server-side infrastructure.

This position offers a starting rate of $4 per hour, with the potential for an increase based on your performance, skill, and contribution to the team. We’re looking for reliable, self-motivated professionals who are eager to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, working with both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (SQL, server-side technologies).
Collaborate with the team to write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full technology stack.
Implement and optimize database queries, schemas, and performance.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Manage and optimize server infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Work with version control tools (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.
Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in HTML, SQL, and server-side technologies.
Strong understanding of web development best practices and design principles.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.).
Solid knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and ability to write efficient queries.
Experience with server management and optimization.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Preferred Skills (not required, but a plus):
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
