- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.

Outbound Customer Engagement:
- Proactively connect with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized communication and exceptional service.

Other Duties:
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the operations of ---------- .sg.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
