Are you an organized, proactive individual with a passion for digital content and personal finance? We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant to join Smart Money, a YouTube channel dedicated to helping Italians improve their financial lives through budgeting, saving, and financial literacy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing details, loves staying organized, and has an interest in supporting content that makes a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Project Coordination & Management
Track and monitor progress on multiple projects, including YouTube channel growth, website development, and community engagement.
Coordinate with freelancers, such as video editors and designers, to keep tasks on schedule and within budget.
Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines.
Content Management & Scheduling
Handle scheduling and uploading of YouTube videos, blog posts, and newsletter issues.
Prepare content for publication, including adding descriptions, tags, and thumbnails as needed.
Maintain consistency in content publication across all platforms.
Research & Community Engagement
Conduct preliminary research on trending topics in Italian personal finance, budgeting, and saving.
Monitor comments on YouTube and social media, responding to viewer inquiries and building positive engagement with the audience.
Basic Automation & Task Streamlining
Assist in setting up and managing simple automation systems (e.g., Google Sheets, `Make) to streamline workflows.
Help track and monitor personal development goals related to Lifebook, setting up reminders, and recording progress.
General Administrative Support
Handle
Manage task lists, providing regular updates on project status and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Coordinator is preferred.
Proficient with task management tools (e.g., Notion) and Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms; experience with video content management is a plus.
Fluent in English and conversational or fluent Italian (understanding Italian is a bonus for managing community interactions).
Excellent organizational skills, proactive approach, and attention to detail.
