Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help business coaches in their businesses.

70% of the jobs will be marketing tasks, and 30% will be VA tasks.

We are looking for candidates with skills in the following areas:

MARKETING TASKS - 70% of your time
* Can work with WordPress, including adding blog posts and pages and making updates to the website, including installing and updating plugins
* Ability to use Canva to create eBook
* Experience in building out marketing funnels
* Ability to manage a CRM (GoHighLevel is a plus)
* Experience creating social media content and posting to social media
* Experience sending weekly emails using an email marketing app
* Facebook Ads experience (is a plus)

VA TASKS - 30% of your time
* Ability to send emails to clients to organise meetings
* Ability to help the business coach manage their time
* Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
* Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
* Ability to speak and write fluent English

We will fully train you in our marketing methods and coach you to be able to complete all the marketing tasks.

We are looking for someone to work full-time (40 hours a week). The salary will be USD$400 - 600 monthly, including the 13th month.
