The Digital Growth and E-Commerce Strategist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Shopify website, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving conversions through strategic social media and e-commerce initiatives. This role involves website maintenance, improving SEO performance, creating and scheduling social media content, and maintaining strong brand awareness across all platforms.
The Strategist will oversee the delivery of freebies and offers, integrate new digital products such as webinars and one-on-one coaching, and optimize user pathways from social media to checkout. They will also manage e-commerce functionalities, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving traffic and sales.
The ideal candidate will align content creation with the brand's voice and tone, schedule and publish content to maintain an engaging online presence, and implement strategies to attract, convert, and retain clients. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance the online presence and maintain a cohesive brand identity while effectively managing digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations.
