Responsibilities:
Manage and update our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.
Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and social media.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
Assist with order processing and fulfillment.
Conduct regular checks and audits on the Shopify store to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and operational processes.
Perform administrative tasks and support as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify and managing an online store.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment for remote work.
Passion for anime is a plus but not required.
