CIVIL 3D MODELER

This role is ideal for ambitious Civil 3D experts looking to specialize in U.S.-based land development. As a Civil 3D expert at Subdiviso, you will:
Plan residential subdivisions in Civil 3D, splitting and subdividing parcels in line with U.S. county/city ordinances.
Design grading and drainage systems in Civil 3D, integrating them with InfoDrainage software for stormwater network management.
Develop internal automation processes, using Python to access Civil 3D’s API and build efficiency into the workflow.
Conduct in-depth research on U.S. zoning and subdivision ordinances, studying regulatory documents to ensure compliance.
Help train the next wave of interns and entry-level modelers, leading live training sessions and developing educational resources.
What you will be doing:
1.LOT/Parcel subdivision planning and designing in civil 3d
2.Survey plat from Legal description/deed and GIS datasets of Parcel from county parcel websites.
3.Grading design in civil 3D and storm water network management in info drain
